Ephesians 6:16
Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked.
Thought for today…
Your shield of faith should be carried with you daily. A helmet protects the head, a breastplate protects the vital organs, but a shield is held and can be moved in any direction. Satan, the enemy, will attack on every side when he sees you are vulnerable. He will shoot his “fiery darts” of temptation. Never underestimate the power of being grounded in your faith. A faith unwavering in belief in the power and goodness of God.
