After serving in full-time church youth ministry for over twenty years, God moved in my heart during the spring of 2008 to follow His call in to a totally new ministry direction.
He stirred my heart to go in to the inner city of Indianapolis and reach troubled and hurting youth.
I instantly began to understand the great need of hurting and troubled youth and my inability to reach everyone. Many of these youth are fatherless, unchurched, and uncared for. Over the past few months I have seen approximately fifty young men accept Christ as Savior. I prayed for God to take my ONE life that I committed to Him as my ONE Lord and share the ONE message that would change a persons life and they too would understand. Some day we will dwell for all eternity in the ONE place He has prepared for us.
Is it possible for ONE person to reach and meet the needs of many? No… not really. But it is possible to do more and reach more people for God through partnership together. I understand that you may not be able to leave all the responsibilities and duties you face day to day and go reach troubled youth but you can partner with me and be a significant part of this ministry. And you can do it by simply starting with ONE.
Here is a way you can do something significant and it begins with ONE. First, let me explain something unique about my ministry to troubled youth. When I started this ministry God provided in an amazing way to bring in funds quickly through several Christian businessmen. During the past few months, those funds have not been coming in due to our current economic situation. God has provided through smaller monthly donations from individuals.
